Ten years ago SMHC embarked on a bold effort to build a replacement facility for our main clinic so we could meet the growing needs of our patients and our community.
As construction on our new facility, Westbrook Plaza, nears completion, we want to thank everyone who helped turn our ambitious vision into an amazing reality.
From the very beginning we had support from residents, our healthcare partners, philanthropic friends, local businesses and government. We could not have accomplished so much without your incredible generosity and support.
Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this enormous achievement. We hope you’ll continue to support the work and mission of South of Market Health Center.
Westbrook Plaza is now open! Check back soon for updates about our Grand Opening on June 9!
