Accessible services keep our seniors healthy and self-sufficient

SMHC’s senior clinic provides comprehensive primary care for older persons who are ambulatory and do not require emergency or immediate hospitalization. Our clinic is easily accessible to the senior population living in the South of Market Area. Plus, our staff is uniquely trained to address the needs of older persons and the services that allow the older person to live with dignity in the comfort of their own home.

 

Building on our success: In Spring 2008, we’re expanding to our new Westbrook Plaza building. This joint project with Mercy Housing California will include 48 units of affordable housing and a new health center.
 


Delivering compassionate, consistent care: Our staff has the experience and training required to deliver quality healthcare with understanding and respect.
 
     
EMERGENCIES:

In the case of emergencies, such as potential loss of life, loss of limb, or extreme pain, patients should always call 911 first.
