SMHC’s senior clinic
provides comprehensive primary care for older persons
who are ambulatory and do not require emergency or immediate
hospitalization. Our clinic is easily accessible to
the senior population living in the South of Market
Area. Plus, our staff is uniquely trained to address
the needs of older persons and the services that allow
the older person to live with dignity in the comfort
of their own home.
